was born in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. Mr. Domenech received his undergraduate education from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico and obtained his law degree from Michigan State University College of Law.

FRANK T. ALLEN,
was born in West Palm Beach Florida and raised in the Washington DC-Maryland area. He served seven years in the United States Air Force from which he was honorable discharged; admitted to the Florida Bar in 1994 and the U.S. Middle District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit (Atlanta. Georgia) in 1995. He received a B.S. Degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland in 1991 and earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Howard University School of Law in Washington DC in 1994. He has acted as a Certified Player Agent with the NFL Player’s Association and is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Florida Bar.
