We had a client come in last week who was telling me that they had fallen at one of the local outlet malls, a shopping venue here in Orlando, Florida. Now you’re saying something different.” It really has nothing to do with the client’s ability to handle the claim or negotiate things on their own. It’s really a specialized tactic that these insurance companies use to protect themselves and to hurt you.
